Hey everybody!
I've been on this forum, and looking around for a while now, but just decided to post now!
I'm 17 years old, 18 this May. I've been a hockey goalie since I was 10, and at an elite level. So I was always an "athletic fat guy", if there was ever such a thing.
I'm around 6'1 and at my heaviest, I was weighing in at 255. After my hockey season was cut short due to my teammates being complete idiots haha, I decided to join the gym so I could finally get in good shape. My whole life I've been overweight, and it has always lowered confidence, and stopped me from doing a lot of things I wish I had've done.
Since beginning to work out at the gym and eating healthy about 2 months ago, ive lost 30 pounds, and gained alot of muscle. I've always been fairly muscular, but for once in my life I'm actually starting to see definition. My only regret is that I didn't start this 3 years ago.
