Hi everone, i'm glad to be here so i can get opinions and advise from all of you monsters;) .I'm 21 years old,191 lbs, 5'8 and i'm not sure about my bodyfat. I hope i get a lot of advise here and comments about the pics i post.Thanks for making this site the best :thumb:
 
Looks like you're in the vicinity of 15 percent, maybe a tad higher, bodyfat.

You've been training for a while. Why not tell us about your training history and goals, to start? What kind of advice are you looking for? Training, diet, supplements, health issues? Are you training for sports and athletic performance?
 
I've training for about 2 years or so, but i only count the last year because the first pne i was doing everything wrong from diet to training. I'mcurrently on cleanbulk and trying to reach 200lbs in about 1 more month before i cut.I'm 191lbs right now and the only things i take right now are noxplode and my protein shakes.MY diet looks like this:
8:00AM protein shake
10:00AM 5 eggs,1 serving of outmeal and 2 servings of whole wheat bread and multivitamin
1:00PM 7oz of chicken breast, and 1 apple
4:00PM 7oz of chicken breast and 1 serving of whole wheat pasta
5:00 Noxplode
5:30-7:00 WORKOUT
7:00 protein shake with maltodextrin
9:00 7oz chicken breast and 1 serving of mixed veggies
12:00 5 eggs and some mozarella cheese and flax oil

I take about 5-6 bottles of water a day and everything i cook from the eggs to the chicken has almost no salt (to lower sodium levels).

The advise that i'm looking for is about supplementation.Is there any product that you guys would recommend?.Thanks
