I am new to this thread! I was coming here for advice! i have been working out for about 5years now and have decided i wanted to do a bikini competition coming up this august and/or october. As much as i am in the gym i feel like i should be able to transform my body like i want it to look! and advice is welcome!
I am 5'5' 136 lbs. i work out 5 times a week, and do cardio 4-5 times a week. I eat pretty clean MOST of the time, but i know i sitll need to clean it up.

Grilled chicken one small apple
1 oz dry roasted pnuts.
Grilled chicken with yougurt or veggies
Before bed if i get too hungry i eat a special k bar or south beach diet bar...know not the best choice.
I have hit a big stump in my weight loss...it seems like i acn not loose it and dont' know why...i think my training is good...its my diet that i am lacking...help please!
