Not to be rude, but heres my advice. I also have just joined and understand my input isn't going to mean much to you, but here you go:
If your wife really feels the need to start GH , stick with the 2ius maximum.
I really really recommend that she gets her habits in check, though. Normal 30 yr olds do not need growth hormone to lose fat or have enough energy to "feel good"
The fat loss problem is simple calories in vs. calories out, it is a science. I am willing to bet she has not calculated her caloric needs and tracks her calories to the dot. (Don't worry, my girlfriend complains about wanting to lose a little extra weight but never feels like doing the above, either.)
Your wife also should make sure she is getting all her daily vitamins and minerals in to her diet to help with that energy problem, and also picking healthier foods that aren't full of simple carbs or heavily processed seems to also bump up natural energy levels. Try giving her a diet of complex carbs (for energy) a little bit or protein, and make sure she takes a multivitamin.
The point I am making is, your wife doesn't need GH at all to accomplish what can be done naturally by herself. It seems she is trying to take shortcuts. I'm just saying, you don't want to rely on growth hormone injections for her needs, as she wont be able to stay on forever. GH is more suited for accomplishing set goals in your physique. I also doubt 2iu's will work better than my suggestion, anyway, and going over this limit is not healthy for her hormone balance as a woman.
