I tore 3 ligaments in my wrist and will undergo surgery to reattach them to the bone. My question is, how much will hgh really help in recovery? The dr says its going to take 2 months to recover then about another month or so before I can do anything strenuous with it. I want my recovery to be quick so I can get back to my normal everyday life. I've been doing some reading on it and it seems that 2iu ed is recommended for recovery. I'm not wanting to use it for anything else. What do you guys with experience think? 30 5'6" 176. I have many aas cycles under my belt but no experience with hgh or peps. Thanks in advance.

Figure I'd copy my response from the other forum here to spread:

Collagen synthesis can be increased tremendously with enough IGF-1. But while, 2iu of GH may be enough for much older people, it probably isn't for you to stimulate enough IGF-1 to reach peak collagen expression and protein synthesis.

Check out Growth hormone stimulates the collagen synthesis in human tendon and skeletal muscle without affecting myofibrillar protein synthesis

As it applies to you, 33?50 μg/kg/day equals 7.9 - 11.97iu per day for 14 days would place you in the same expected results as the study samples.

Plain and simple...HGH(real HGH) is going to be better then doing nothing at all.

I wouldn't consider running nothing less than real HG hgh. No fake Chinese shit for me.

Not saying you would brother, just a lot of fakes out there. Got to be careful where you buy.

That's going to be the hardest thing. I can't tell the difference. I've never used hgh before so I couldn't tell by looking at it

I have an ortho appt in 5 days to discuss surgery on my humerus/clavicle joint since the cortisone wore off and it still hurts. I will definitely ask about hgh. Also someone was telling me about white blood cell plasma injection therapy of your own wbc's. But I don't know much about that either

The more GH you use, the more collegan synthesis will increase...and the greater collagen production will have a direct impact on tendon recovery. IGF-1 LR3 will also hlp in this matter...and there are about 2-3 other peptides which can help with recovery, as well. A well-rounded approach is going to be more effective than mega-dosing any one drug.

check out thymosin beta (tb400), and consider using mod grf/ghrp 2 in addition to the above. the peptides are cheaper than gh and usually have less fakes.

tb400 4mg per week for 4 weeks (loading) then 2 mg pe rweek.

Thanks guess I appreciate your answers. You actually saved me the money on buying hgh. My surgery is this fri so I can't start it before my surgery and would still have to order it. Thanks again.

Hope you have a smooth surgery and quick recovery!

Over 5iu ED will probably start causing gnarly sides. Guys that take 10iu ED successfully typically build up to it slowly.

I've heard about some of the sides. Wasn't looking forward to them. Carpel tunnel wasn't my concern, I already have it and need surgery on my write hand to fix it but the achy joints would suck.
