I am looking for information on how well the over the counter HGH supplements work compared to the real thing. I am 53 yrs old and am looking to try some HGH. Has anyone tried the over the counter supplements like the ones they sell at bodybuilding.com??? Do they work well enough to be worth the money or are they a waste of time and money?

Complete waste of money. If they worked then we all wouldn't put up the money to run real hgh and we'd just buy the cheap orals from that place. There's a reason why you don't hear any talk about that stuff on real bb forums. Places like bb dot com are marketed towards noobs and kids.

Over The Counter

If the over the counter stuff really worked, it would be behind the counter and you'd need a prescription.

The "good stuff" is behind the counter.

HGH, as you are probably aware of, is expensive.

None of this stuff is true^^^

Just because something is OTC does not mean it doesnt work. Now..I fully agree that the vast majority of supplements are garbage but to say anything OTC doesnt work insults those of us who make great supplements in addition to being untrue.

Prolactrone, our Prolactin reducing product will elevate HGH levels. There are a bunch of studies indicating Ldopa in the right dose elevates HGH levels.
On average to 19.6 which is very high considering the reference range is 0-3.

Thank you for the info. I have one more question that I probably should have had in the first thread.
*** Is there a difference if it is for a female. At first, I figured that there probably would not be any difference, but after more thought, not sure.

Hey Brundel, I researched the Prolactrone and it said that it interacts with other medications. I am currently on Lisinopril for high blood pressure and crestor for cholestrol. (Yes, it sucks being old!!) Do you think there would be a problem if I tried the Prolactrone???

Complete waste of money, if your going to spend your money with that stuff then you really need to consider the real thing. I think you should consider the real thing at your age it will benefit you way more than the fake stuff. You can only get so far with the fake stuff before it really catches up to you. Go big or go home!

Yes there is a low end interaction with linisopril.
Ldopa and Linisopril both lower blood pressure so this can cause blood pressure to be TOO low which is just as bad as too high.

This does not mean 100% this will happen but that it can.

Here is my recommendation:

You should have a blood pressure cuff at home because you do have blood pressure issues. If you dont, I recommend getting one. THey are relatively cheap.
If your arms are over 16in make sure to get an extra large cuff....

Start with one cap Prolactrone. Break it open. Split the cap in 4ths.
take 1/4 th and monitor your BP over the course of a few hours or so after administration.

If there are no issues go to 1/2 the next day or at least 12 hours after the first dose.
Repeat until you are certain you can take a cap with no issues.

In addition try to avoid taking the two at the same time.
I take benazipril (a similar drug) and do fine with the Prolactrone.

So purchasing a medication is paying to prove they are right? Your logic is worse than a third graders.
Do medications offer a Money back guarantee? NOPE
Some of them kill people or cause people to become hopelessly addicted and you dont get shit back.
Again...your logic....is illogical.

So purchasing a medication is paying to prove they are right?

The Difference

The difference is the medications go through trials and have some type of proof to substantiate that they are effective with the majority of individual with specific medical issues.

With that said, I am sure report back to use with documentation stating the same.

Your logic is worse than a third graders.

Second Grade

Since I only make it through the second grade, I'll take that as a compliment

Do medications offer a Money back guarantee? NOPE

Dodging The Issue

So, what you are stating is the there is NO Money Back Guarantee with you product because you don't have enough confidence to put your money where you mouth is.

I am glad we cleared that up. For a minute I thought you were selling Amway.

Trials

Again, medication go through a trial process of testing.

I as sure your did and you will be more that happy to provide us with that information.

Gambling

"I fully agree that the vast majority of supplements are garbage..."

so, even you agree that when you spend money supplements, you gambling.

"Prolactrone is the real deal for HGH"

Really? The real HGH works. It has a proven track record.

Selling The Sizzle

Right now all you are selling is he sizzle.

If this doesn't workout for you, politics or car sale will.

Busy Boy

You like the guy in the chuck wagon going from town to town selling their snake oil.

You are infamous for going website to website in your "chuck wagon" pedaling you snake oil.

One of them you got kicked off of for solicitation...but you knew that didn't you.

elegantely - Google Search

Some of them kill people or cause people to become hopelessly addicted and you dont get shit back.

Majority

The majority of them work while some do create medical problems.

Very Supplements REALLY WORK

As you said, ""I fully agree that the vast majority of supplements are garbage..."

The Real HGH

It is very expensive and yet your works we can get your "HGH" produce for only about $45 a month.

Amazing!

The True Light

You are the "Moses of Supplements".

Again...your logic....is illogical.

And yours is spot on based on your own evaluation.

It must be nice to be your own judge and jury.

Actually, I think I may be smarter that most third graders.

Ladyhawke

Don't worry, you're going to make one sale off this, Ladyhawke.

Did you make your decision about what to get yet? I really think you should consider to real thing. There are plenty of benefits from it and it really will get you the best results. How much are you looking to spend? What's your budget right now for supps? There are a few others that I would recommend also. Creatine mono is one and a good quality BCAA supplement is another.

I am trying Prolactrone. Money is definitely a factor right now. Today is my first day on it. So far no side effects. I am starting out with 1 a day. I took it with my pre-work out drink along with my daily vitamins. I waited until after my workout to take my crestor and lisinopril to try to avoid any interaction problems.

I ordered from tgb supplements. I found ordering it very easy and user friendly. Shipping was not expensive and it arrived earlier than I expected it to.

I will keep you all posted on how it works. I don't know if there have been any reported results for women using it.
