Well, I am new and I am just starting out on a serious journey. I am 5'9 and 128lbs....I would like to put on about 20 pounds of muscle. I am currently a size 1 and I could still cut down to the point where a size 0 would be baggy. I need the lean mass. I also aspire to compete. I have a long hard road ahead of me I know and I appreciate any advice!
