Hey everyone,

Well, after years of being on the WBB forums I figured it was time for a change. So far this place seems really awesome. Good to see Built here as well! Always great advice and all around cool person from back in the WBB days!

Been off and on with weightlifting for a few years. Never really got a hold on a steady routine until july of last year. I'm fortunate to have a great woman in my life that loves to lift with me and we keep each other motivated.

I gotta say there is alot of BS info out there and I'm glad I've finally figured alot of stuff out, along with my own diet and routine plan for once. Of course with help from people that actually know whats going on.

I hope to make this my permanent home for my weightlifting needs. You guys have some solid people here and good reading so far!

Welcome. I'm new here too. Great to hear you have your stuff sorted out. I'm recovering from an ankle injury that's put a dint in my training regimen. It certainly hits your confidence and motivation when you can't train as you used to.

Yeah I hear ya there. I have a minor back issue every now and again with deads, but nothing major thankfully.

My brother shattered his ankle, not that he worked out anyhow. But injuries do put a damper on things for sure.

Just keep that head up and rehab it right and you'll be back in it in no time man!
