Hi everyone
I am new to this site, i am 26 i have been working out since my teens but started propley 3 years ago my height is 5,8 i my weight is 13.4 stone.
Max rep
Bench press 170kg
Deadlift 180kg
Squats 140kg (This is not my max rep coz i don't have a spotter on the day i do squats.
Bisep curls on dumbells 30kg on each arm for 5 reps
just giving u a rough idea of my workout i do each & every week.
Question 1. I am thinking about taking sus 250 2 injections per wk, at 500mg, for 10wks, and i av also got decor but only 6 files at 100mg per file would this be enough decor???? and will it be worth taking??? and i take my novadex 3wks after my last injection this will be my first course. DOES THIS SOUND RIGHT????
Question 2. Me & my girlfriend are planning to have a baby would steriods have an effect on my sperm count????
I would be very gratefull if anyone who knows about this or knows what they are talking about to please give me some advice i have looked this up on the internet but some sites say yes it does, or no it doesn't, so i have not yet found the correct answer am looking for
