Seeing alot of great info here Thanks for having me im 42 years young and trying to stay that way in a hard core labor force.It gets a little harder every couple years.But with info and more hard work im hanging in there.Im 6 foot 2 235lb a husband dad to really nice 9 year old girl. I like to have fun and laugh thanks again everyone.
