Hi. I'm new here. Wanted to say hello.
I have been working out with weights for a few years now. Prior to that...I was mostly a cardio/sports gal.
I had 3 children under the age of 3 years old & had more body fat than I cared for; I went into the gym, got a trainer and started learning. Lucky for me, the guy knew what he was doing. I've been addicted to weights since then.
Now, working out is a huge part of my life. I teach classes at the gym. I need to clean up my diet...so I'm looking for tips and accountability.
