Hi from India!

Hey Guys

I'm Aditya from India, I'm 18 years old and 5feet 7inches tall , I am Severely Underweight that's what the BMI told me hehe... I weight around 45 kgs (~100 lbs) I know that's too low LOL!

I have joined this forum hoping for some tips and suggestions from Experts

My advice would be to go learn about diet management, then training, then eat, then train.
