Hey all,

Im 20 and kinda new to this... i am 16 stone (224 pounds) and 6'4 i have muscle mass and im pretty broad (50 inch chest) but at least 1 stone/2 stone is fat no idea on % fat ... anyone got weight loss tips (im relatively happy with my muscle mass) ... i use to train alot but i have had 2 pneuma thorax (collapsed lungs) in the past 1 year and a half so im terribly nervous about over exerting myself!

any help would be appreciated :)
