Hi new overseas contractor going big

HI IM 22 YRS YOUNG and i just got sick and tired of being fat. tell you the truth ive been working out for a while 6-7 months and starting to notice a difference. now that i got my self in this forum i be asking questions of all sorts of things.

im 22 weight 228 lbs & 5'11
used to weight 280 lbs 8 months ago.
