I wanted to introduce myself as I am new to this site. My name is Angie from Australia.
I lost 64lbs since december last year (2008), and I am on my way to transform myself. I have been training at home for 4 months and now at the gym for a further 2 months. I am happy with where I am, but I need to get my diet and macros in check. I eat healthy with no junk and stick to foods that are good for trainers. I am looking to get leaner on my lower half of the body, as my top half is coming along nicely.
