I came to this forum basicly to have some key information on Ph. Im 22 year old im from canada ( the french part so plz excuse my english). Im now traning since a year and half. 2 year ago i was at 145 pounds 5'10, drinking a lot, smoking drug and cigarette and i just quit all the shit and start traning and eating!
Now im 175 lbs 12% bf and i want to reach 185.
After a serious elbow injury this winter i call for professionnal help. I Have a personnal trainer. He do all my training and i change them every 6 weeks and i also have i personal nutritionist, he do all my stack.
Since 2 years, i learn a lot about personal discipline truth the body building
