Hi! Im new here. Im a physical therapist and have spent my life in great shape. I spend the winters in the gym and the spring/summer/fall doing bike training, swimming and running. Im 28 years old. I don't know much about supplements but I do drink protien shakes. I'd like to learn a bit more about supplements and stuff, especially stuff that increases your blood pressure because in the last few years I have developed some problems with low blood pressure when I stand for a while. Im excited to join the group to learn and share knowledge about working out and staying healthy!
