Hi~ Right now I am at about 3 1/2-4 miles daily, and yeah I am 5'4" and last time I checked I weight 125. Those are my basics as of now!ant is lifting said:welcome.... curious as to how far you can run and your overall stats i.e. height , weight , ect....
