I noticed today how labels seem to be missing some of their fat content. How is it that a serving of peanuts has 4.5 grams polyunsaturated fat, 6.5 grams monounsaturated fat (or flipped - I'm doing this from memory), and 2.5 grams saturated fat, all for a total of 13.5 grams. Yet, the label claims 14 grams of total fat.
There are other examples I've seen with more of a difference, just to lazy to find them.
