Are there any good meal replacement supplements that have little or no carbs and a high amount of fat (and protein)??
I'm starting the anabolic diet and so I'm going to be getting around 60% of my macros from fat. I sometimes have to work long 10 hours shifts where I'll only get one meal break to eat real food. I could easily squeeze 2 meals worth of shakes in though as well.
So I would like to make a shake that's high in fat and protein and has no carbs. I could just mix some heavy whipping cream with some whey protein and water, but I'd prefer to get a healthier source of fat, if one is available. Any suggestions?
Also, is there anything more palatable than water that I can mix my whey protein shakes with that's carb-free?
