higher dosage & lower test results?

So, I started HRT a few months back well my dr started me at 100mg/wk pfizer test cyp with no hcg or adex he then tested my levels after four weeks and they came back at 530 on the 6th day after last injection (couldn't make it on the 7th bc of work.) Well he said my test levels weren't were either of us still wanted them at so he then increased my dosage to 130mg/wk added in hcg 250ius 2x wk, & .5adex 2x wk and tested my levels after another four weeks this time they came back at 421 & this time it was on the 7th day after last injection. My question is how could my test levels lower after increasing my dosage and adding in hcg & adex? The only thing I can think of is maybe the adex hopefully someone can chime in. Thanks in advance bros
 
Honestly it doesnt make sense, did your e2 or free test increase?
 
serum T peaks 2-5 days after inject, and absolute free T peaks 2-3 days. I would think days 3-4 are gonna give you your best numbers or twice a week to stabilize blood values
 
My e2 for my first blood test was 43.9 while my test was 530 and that was with 100mg/wk nothing else. My e2 for my second blood test came back 20.9 while my test was 421 and that was with 130mg/wk, .5adex 2x wk, and hcg 250ius 2x wk. My doctor has now increased my dosage again to 160mg/wk and will retest my levels in a few weeks.

The hcg should be bumping to TT at least what your pre-trt levels were. Are you mixing your hcg correctly.

My doctor gives me my HRT shot once a week in his office along side 250ius HCG. Then gives me a preloaded pin with the other 250ius in it to take home for later in the week. He mixes the HCG with b12, which Ive never heard of before or seen. The HCG is definently working before starting it I had some testicular shrinkage and now they are plumper then ever. He also told me that the HCG would only make my test levels go up by 50 points or so.
 
So are in the valley of the test level after your shot, get tested on day 3, and I always like mine E4D, keeps me more stable and honestly I feel great a the time not just for 5 days then run down for 2.

My labs are in for the 160mg/wk my test came back at 473 on day 7 after last injection. Still not were we want it so today I will finally be bumped up to 200mg/wk and will have more blood work done after three months of that dosage.

You need to pin your T twice a week, you are driving your T way up and then it is crashing back down. Twice wkly is good for stable levels and EOD is best. My doc prescribed HCG w/B12 also.
 
I am a 60 year old lifter. I know I hurt myself in the early 80's when the only info was "take more drugs." I have bitch tit (as we called it then) and I hate it. I never had a doctor back then so I have no idea what my levels were. But in the last 4 years I have been as low as 88 with a normal (for me) around 180 to 280. Obviously this is low. My doctor has just started me on T cypionate 200MG every other week. I do not feel a huge difference but it does seem to help. My max bench is about 300lb. now (200 was to heavy for me at first...very embarrassing). I just started lifting again about 3 months ago. I read the many articles here but I don't understand all the abbreviations and can't find a beginners section to learn all of them here. I remember doing HCG but probably did not do it correctly. It would seem that I will be on T forever and wonder if increased gino is going to be a problem? Should I be asking my doctor for HCG? Thanks. Sorry for being so stupid but I have been away from this a long time. Any suggestions of what I need to be doing will be very helpful.

Problem is my doctor pins me and Im pretty sure I could get him to do it twice a week it just would be a hassle to make it in there.
