If you read the study the partcipants were between the ages of 40 and 59. An age at which muscle wasting occurs at a pretty rapid pace. Just taking BCAA i would think at that age would help retain muscles which would mean blah blah blah. i would like to see the same effect on a younger age group, and would bet anything the out come would be quite diff
