I workout mon/tues and thurs/fri, leaving my off days wed/sat/sun. I would like to do HIIT cardio on wednesday, but my concern is that I do lower body on tuesday. I'm usually a little sore on wednesday in my hams/quads, but is it ok to do HIIT cardio the day after?
