Please help..... I can't run, i can do it only on step machine or stationary bike but bike is prefered...

1. Can i do 30 sec 115-120 rpm on level 6 then followed 60 sec 80 rpm on level 3 for 20 minutes?
2. Can i after 20 minutes of HIIT keep pedaling for another 25 minutes low intesity?
