HMG Experience?

Anyone have a decent amount of experience with HMG? Especially dosage. Everything I have read seems like suggestions or experimentation. Sounds better than HCG but how much is needed?

We've tested if for fertility purposes in the past with success. we will be again in Oct
but we'll start with
GnRh
clomiphene
toremifene in September
Then incorporate 75mg daily for 7-12 days of
HMG its bit more expensive than its counter part.
