this is humorous. the first time i took cee, i mixed it with some fruit juice. i took my first sip and swallowed only some of it and followed by puking in my sink.
i tried it again, and i just couldnt get it down. now i just put it on a spoon, eat it, and then down it with fruit juice or water. as was mentioned, it gets easy.
