Alright i just got some chocolate caramel whey protein and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a shake to make with it...right now im just thinking of throwing some peanut butter in there and a banana, along with some creatine.
what goes into the shake depends on when the shake is going to be consumed. pre and post workout shakes are different as are shakes that would be used in place of a meal
pre-work out is usually food for me, PWO is always 2 scoops of whey protein mixed in water and some gateorade on the side...
i've recently started taking a protein shake first thing in the morning for breakfast as i've discovered it's much quicker and easier for that time of day when i'm usually in a hurry or still half asleep... it normally consists of 1 scoop of whey protein, 1/2 cup of oats and 1 tbsp of natural PB... mmm mmm tasty!
