How about Rice & Egg Protein Drinks

I ran out of the 3 tubs of Soy Protein and since so many here recommended I go with whey protein I bought a tub of Whey Protein and started using it 4 days ago but I am lactose intolerant I am taking lactaid with it, otherwise it will make me feel sick as heck drinking it (that's what happened when I drank it without Lacataid), my stomach simply couldn't digest it.
I did buy some Rice Protein but I only took it a few times, it is very chalky and tastes horrible but I can probably add stuff to it to make it taste better like a banana to smooth it out but I am also wondering about Egg Protein.
Are there any undesirable side effects with Egg and Rice Proteins like some suggested about Soy Protein?
For the record I have gained good muscle mass with Soy, lost fat and love the way it tastes but I want to avoid it from what you guys said about soy raising the levels of estrogen which in turn increases fat in body.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

In terms of egg protein, there isn't anything to worry about. It just costs more to produce and therefore isn't as popular as whey.
 
How about Rice Protein? Anyone know anything about it?
