How can i gain Weight?

Have a burger or two.
 
Rice, peanut butter, milk, and protein powder. These are easy on the stomach and wallet. Mix 2 servings of rice, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 cup of 1% milk, and 1 scoop of protein. This meal has 700 calories, 87 grams of carbs, 42 grams of protein, and 21 grams of fat. It's kind of like rice pudding. Eat this 4 to 5 times a day since 42 kilos or 100 pounds is quite low.

You're the idiot who just asks "how do i gain weight?" You want muscle? Just any kind of weight? What's your goal? What are you doing that you may need to change to achieve your goal? Are you working out? Are you a vegetarian? What kind of answer did you expect when you ask a question that broad?

seriously I just ready that if you drink that stuff you will loose weight fast. and that would be the opposite of what you want.
