First you all need to know is that when you are in a mode of gaining or loosing you fat content, your diet plays a major role in it.

It is much more difficult to remain on a proper balanced diet then yo workout your muscles. Your diet is the main key to your perfect figure.

Since we are discussing about thigh fat reduction which is becoming a main problem to girls, here I am to share some of the tips based on my knowledge.

First thing you need to do is to set an aim that you are willingly want to get to your dreamt body shape.
After you rise in morning, take atleast og 1.5 litres of water everyday. It is not at all necessary to have a green tea which you think will cause a much good effect.
Your breakfast plays a major role in your body building life. It depends upon how much you are having your protein intake every day. Eggs are a very good and commercially available sources of protein . If you are a pure vegetarian, you can have an oatmeal with 2 bananas and some almonds or pumpkin seeds.
So , your overall breakfast becomes ; 2 scrambled eggs with salt and pepper, 1 banana, 2 whole wheat organic toasted breads with about 8 to 10 almonds.

4. You need to know that the best time to consume carbohydrates is in your lunch. You can have rice and dal ( gravy of pulses) with some chapati preferably brown rice in your lunch.

5. After you are back to home after your job, you need to perform your workout as prescribed by your trainer or based on your own knowledge .

6. It is better to have your dinner 2 hrs. after your workout.

You can have a normal stir fried vegetables of your own choice with about 3 chappatis. It will be better if you take your protein shake after workout or before bedtime.

If you are a lactose intolerant, then avoid whey protein. Rather you can use a plant based protein. According to my preference, you should use OLENA PLANT PERFORMANCE PROTEIN.

7. You should know that it is not at all necessary to remain on a strict diet. Just make sure that you avoid preservative and packed foods as much as you can.

Have a well balanced food with a well balanced lifestyle. Thanks!
