I use to work out, sense I've had this new job I'm too tired to do in real exercising and going to the gym. How do any of you get the energy to workout?
I work 10 hours a day and still workout 4 times during the work week. Man up. Working out gives me more energy during the day. I don't drink caffeine either.
try shorter workouts at first till your body gets used to it. i work typicaly seven days a week for 8-12 hours a day. after a while you know your body when it needs to eat, what it needs to eat all that good stuff. just give yourself time to adjust.

Workout before work.
Nah, he'll be more relaxed at work. Plus then he won't be thinking about how he has to work out after work, he can just go chill out or run errands or whatever. The tough part is motivating yourself to get up that much earlier.if he did, his perfomance in the job can down!
no way, this guy has hardcore written all over him.........I bet he doesn't get into lifting and he gets fired.
My old ass will take all of you to school on this one.
Crash course in LIFE. You set goals. You believe you can achieve them. You schedule the time required to do this. Easy.
All of this "i'm too tired" and "I work too many hourts" is Bullshit. You children on this website need to grow up, and do what needs to be done.
I am almost 42 years old. For the past four and a half years I have owned my own business. For the past two years I have owned this busines on a much larger scale, working anywhere from 60 to 85 hours a week. I found the time to go back to the gym...at five-thirty every morning.....adding to my already crazy hourly schedule.
You boys quit being so damn soft, and cowboy up! This "oh, Mommy I can't do it" crap is getting old.
Grow some, lift the damn weight, and make the world a better place.
