When I worked in a warehouse it was very difficult and I missed plenty of workouts. I once unloaded a 48 foot trailer by myself, and there were maybe 4 pallets on the whole thing, the rest were loose items. I can't remember a piece count but I was constantly moving (and fast) for what was I think 5 or 6 hours straight, it was hell.
your right, but you know what a warehouse job like that and lifting their is a workout in itself. I don't have a job where I'm sitting down the whole time, I'm on my feet the whole time.
Anybody here workout at home?
