Hey guys
I've got a back question for you. Can anyone give me any good exercises/pointers that focus on developing more upper/inner mass in the back. The sort that can beef up the upper central area and lower traps etc (or is this gonna be more upright row/shrug-based work)? My lower backs not bad thanks to deads, and the width isn't too shabby thanks to pulldowns and the like. Even the thickness is fairly balanced throughout, however, although my traps tie in nicely, things tend to flatten out a little at the top.
My back workout so far:
Week one:
Pulldowns
T-Bar rows
Dumbell Rows
Week two:
Machine high row
Machine seated row
Reverse-grip pulldowns
I'm taking a break from deads at the mo as I'm still nursing a lower back injury (basically, I'm too scared I'll put myself out of action for another six months).
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers.
