How do I mesure?

It asks me to take 5 grams of creatine but im not sure how to mesure 5 grams, I have a thing that mesures teaspoons and tablespoons but not grams, can someone help me? thank you

If you are using powder as opposed to capsules... 5 grams is generally 1 large teaspoon. Should say on directions.
