I wouldn't get cell tech, because i can't stand the taste(to much sugar).
When i take creatine, i take it first thing post workout and after it i drink my protein.
On non training days i just drink it some time during the day.
Straight away.
While having my creatine i mix the protein and then drink it.
It makes my stomach bloated for about half an hour because of all the fluids.
