Old school, new school, no school? how do you lift, and why?

push/pull/legs....hitting each muscle 2x every 10 days

Has worked for me about 25 years now.....I have tried the heavy duty Mentzer workouts, the super slow workouts, high voulme, low voulme, 2x a week 3x a week and 1x a week...ect.....and push/pull/legs works best for me by far...

upper/lower. other splits i've tried work fine, i'm just partial to this set-up.

Mine changes all the time, but it's mostly what I consider old school stuff. As long as it involves something heavy and compound, something strange, and at least three or four exercises that work my entire body, I'm happy. Currently I'm doing only singles and also working with sandbags and doing lots of grip work. I never really design my split based on which body parts I've worked so much as how much my entire body is worked with each exercise.
