Im currently 158 lbs 13% BF. I took that X12 which came out to around 1900 calories, and thats what im using as a guideline for this cut. Fitday results are on the bottom.
Here is scheduled tomorrow's meal plan:
6am: Snack Bar (approx 100 calories, 18 carbs)
615am: 12 minuts of HIIT
630am: 3 egg whites, 1tbs olive oil, 1 english muffin, 1 pack of oatmeal oatmeal (approx 450 calories)
10am: Bowl of fiber one cerial with 2%milk (approx 200 calories)
1pm: 6 oz chicken breast, salad (1.5 tbs salad dressing) (approx 480 calories)
4pm: Bannana with 1 tbs of peanutbutter (approx 200 calories)
7pm: Protein shake (2 scoops w/ water), and a tuna sandwich (approx 450 calories)
8pm: Work out
afterwork out : 1 scoop of protein with water (approx 100 calories, 20 g protein)
So all in all on fitday this comes out to:
1824calories, 55.5 g fat, 179 carbs. 172 g protein.
37/37/26 is what the ratio comes too.
