Just wondering how heavy people out there are lifting.

Im 18 weigh 168 & 5'10".

Bench Press : 205lb * 4 reps
Dumbell Press: 65lb * 6 reps
Tricep Extension: 90lb * 4 reps
Bicep Curl: 50lb * 4 reps
Dumbell Shrugs: 100lb * 4 reps

All proper form. What weights should i be aiming for, considering my weight and age (and maybe height if that even affect anything)?
Im trying to go for low reps as my muscles respond to it better.

I'm 23 , 6'3 and 213 lbs.

Best Bench: 305 x 1

Best Deadlift: 430 x 1

Best Squat: 390 x 1

Those are the ones that matter most :)

aged 25 years
258 lbs

bench: 315x3

deadlift 255x6

squat: knee is jacked :( so leg press is at 810x3

Ive been trying to do deadlift and squats but theres only 2 bars that we can use to do those exercises. And since spring break is around the corner, the gym has been full all the way from january.. That really suck.. :teeth:

I'm 5'11'' 210lbs
best Bench is- 315lbs one time max
squat- 275lbs 3x
deadlift-275lbs 4x

Bench - 200 // 4 reps
Squats - 300 // 8-10 reps
Deadlifts - 400 // 8-10 reps

Umm.. Forget the rest. I try going heavy, its hard when my wrist acts up...

Tricep Extension (machine with cable behind the neck) 130*10ish slow pace
2Arm Dumbell overhead 135*11
Bicep Curl: 50lb Maybe a dozen, dont know
Dumbell Shrugs: Dont like the grips on the ones in my gym, barbell for me

I don't lift for power to often but in the offseason I do push my poundages a little more now, trien to add thickness.

At my off season bodyweigth of 185lb
315x4 Bench
435x6 Dead Lift
635x6 Squat 3/4 rep because of my back.
140x6 Overhead dumbell tri extention
70x6 Dumbell curl
150x6 Dumbell Row

Im 17 195 lbs 6'1"
deadlift-345x6
bench press-245x5
clean-185x6
db press-70x8
db curls-65x5
incline db bp-85x6
squat-320x6
close grip bench press-165x8

hmmm.... so i guess our weight&age plays a lot of part when it comes to lifting huh?

I'm 19 years old, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, and have about 15% body fat.

Benchpress 225 x 4
DB Military Press 45 x 8
CG Benchpress 175 x 8-9
Barbell Curl 85 x 8
Shrugs 100 x 9-10
Squat 195 x 9
SLDL 195 x 9
Deadlift 225 x 9
Chinups 0 x 6

My back/leg lifts are a little weak because I didn't focus on them intensely enough at the beginning of my training. However, they are catching up and surpassing my upper body quickly.

16, weight about 150 lbs, 5'7

Bench 190x1
Power Clean 185x1

I don't really max for anything else. I can't squat too well cause I have a bad back. Those maxes are few weeks old.

I guess those are okay for my size, experience, and weight but i'm not too happy about it.

my stat are down there

Do you really need to worry about your max when trying to build overall mass? I mean, unless your concerned with power?

Besides bench, I don't think I've ever checked my max's. I'm guessing my max's are very close to what I do my routine with, given the intesity I put into them.

Strength is less meaningful for pure bodybuilders, but I lift weights to increase my strength and add mass. Strength is my top priority; muscle mass and definition is second priority. I would be satisfied if I never got any bigger, but I wouldn't be satisfied if I never got any stronger.
