how is mega mass 2000 and 4000 ,,...does it have ill effect on the body in later life....

yes,its called a spare tire.if your really training hard and eating tons and tons of food and not gaining strength and size, then maybe a wt gainer is your other option.but dont fall into the hype.try food first, then suppelments.

No sups are needed. Squat and drink atleast a gallon of milk a day.

Boy, you really hate supps. Well, to each his own. However, you are missing out...

As Tank says, Mega Mass is to filled with sugars and calories to be good for anyone but the serious ectomorph! If you are 6' tall and weigh 130 lbs, ok, than you could use it...but otherwise, go for a nutritionally dense MRP.

If you really want to gain muscle the cheap way then take the mass 2000 etc before you work out for energy etc & eat a .99 cent burger every day after workout. Burgers are highly anabolic.
The have the fat, calories, fiber, carbs & important protein that is needed. It's only .99 cents. Don't get me wrong , you will put a little fat on but if you are working out hard the muscle will come along with it. My buddy is a police officer here in ARLINGTON,TX
, he hangs out with RONNIE COLEMAN all the time & he says in the off-season RONNIE eats tons of potatoes, beef & burgers. I have doen the burger thing for a couple months & have noticed some fat & muscle. I am all-natural & I have gain 10lbs over the last 2 months. I am sure 6.5lbs of the waight gained is fat & water but to gain 3.5 lbs of muscle for someone natural is great. I have competed in 9 bodybuilding shows (won 3, 3 seconds, & 1 third) I feel I have gained more weight eating burgers , protein shakes, & glutamine, & potatoes as opposed to just eating protein shakes & potatoes & tuna. It may work for you.. BURGERS HAVE ALL THAT IS NEEDED FOR A POST WORKOUT. :thumb: If you are holding alot of fat on your body , then this probably will not help you . Just an idea.
