I know there are loads of threads on creatine, but I couldn't one on length of time.

How long can you safely be on creatine monohydrate?

Thanks for the input, I don't want to damage my kidneys so any info would be great.

this kind of goes with the thread - make sure that you drink plenty of water because it will help make the kidneys release toxins.
