What's up guys. I need some help again. I am helping a 16 year old kid who is bound and determined to be a pro bodybuilder one day. I am helping him out with his training. Can anyone or everyone give me some advice on how many calories he needs to be taking in to gain size? He is currently 5'9 185lbs. He is motivated like no one i have ever seenwe He trains 5 days a week. I cant give him advice because Anythime i trained hard I wasnt natural. Now i am natural but i am 35 years old. I do not want to tell him wrong or steer him down the wrong path
