How Many Calories ??????????

Hi i'm new to this forum and need help getting started

I'm 5'5 and weigh only 125 pounds and i'm 22, i want to weigh around 150 to 160 so about a 25 pound game or so and i want to do it within a year. How do i calculate how many calories i need to intake on a daily basis? how should i get started? where do i get healthy meal plans? what type of excercise should i be doing?

Anyone'z help is highly appreciated :)

This is a good place to start. However, everyone's metabolism is different. Determining maintenance calories is going to be a game of trial and error to some degree. As well, the more muscle you add and the more active you become, the greater your daily caloric requirements will become, so you have to adjust accordingly.
