How many lifts do you do per workout session?

I try to keep to six different exercises max in a single workout, and three working sets per exercise.
 
Usually 4 workouts at 4 sets each. Reps vary but usually 10,8,8,6 for two sets then 12,10,8,8 for two sets.
 
I usually stay around 4-5 diff. exercises per workout...
 
Two a.m. workouts/ six pm workouts- off on Sunday. One body part at a time. This excludes calves and abdominals. They have a higher recovery time and can be trained everyday if you so chose. I do 5-6 exercises of 4 sets each. I don’t track reps I think it is pointless.
