I love dairy (greek yogurt, cottage cheese) as a source of protein. I always feel full and bloated however and I'm trying to narrow it down.

I usually have a greek yogurt in the AM, some cottage cheese before working out, and a greek yogurt or cottage cheese before bed. I don't necessary feel bloated right after, but I'm always feeling bloated.

My main sources of protien are:
- Optimum whey
- Greek yogurt
- Cottage Cheese
- Tuna
- Egg whites
- Deli Turkey

What could it be that's making bloated??

Try some Lactaid if you think you're lactose intolerant.

You could be bloating from sodium from the deli meat, you could be bloating from too much broccoli or something as well. There you could try digestive enzymes to help. You might also have gluten allergy if you're eating a lot of bread or something.

Also could be the protein mix - ginger root might help w/ digestion a little.

Also are you getting enough fiber?

Otherwise try a few days w/o dairy or w/o the protein mix and see if it makes a difference. I.e. make one change to your diet to remove one item or group of similar items, hold the rest constant for a few days and see if it makes a difference.
