how much EFAs?

ok, so how much EFAs should i be getting every day?

-i always have 6 1000mg fish pills
-at least 2tbsp of PB (1 with morning fish pills and 1 with evening fish pills)
-also i eat walnuts for with of my meals every day
-and usually every other day i'm eating some kind of fish
-olive oil with my scrambled egg whites
i get these everyday.

am i getting enough EFAs? should i be sneaking more in there with some avocados? am i already getting more than enough?
 
Fats should be about 20% of your daily calorie intake on a good bulk.
 
so basically it's ok if i'm consuming the below on a daily basis:
fish pills
walnuts
ground flax seed
various kinds of fish

1/2 avocado is maybe 2-3 times a week.

thoughts on eating 1oz. of walnuts a day? too much?
 
Are you mixing them with your meals?
 
the walnuts? yea, i'll have walnuts with a whey shake and some kind of green veggie. sometimes i'll throw in some oats with all that if it's a workout day.
