currently on pretty low doses of test & tren (test e @ 250mg/week and tren a @ 50mg/day) and i am stair stepping on clenbuterol at the moment as well (currently taking 80mcg/day).
i have been strugging with the studying/bookwork aspect of my personal trainer certification so i decided to get back on my ADD medication until completed (adderall 30mg xr/day)
since i know adderall is going to significantly cut back my apetite, im wondering how much of a caloric deficit i can get into. im shooting for an aggressive approach.
maintence for me is 2800 to about 3000. currently eating at 2500 and losing weight at a gradual pace, and defintely leaning out.
can i go down to 2000? is any lower than 2000 too extreme i wonder? i know tren is great for nutrient efficiency, but i dont know how much that will really come into play.
hopefully someone can shed some light onto this or point in the direction of any useful articles. thanks
