how much of a deficit is acceptable?

currently on pretty low doses of test & tren (test e @ 250mg/week and tren a @ 50mg/day) and i am stair stepping on clenbuterol at the moment as well (currently taking 80mcg/day).

i have been strugging with the studying/bookwork aspect of my personal trainer certification so i decided to get back on my ADD medication until completed (adderall 30mg xr/day)

since i know adderall is going to significantly cut back my apetite, im wondering how much of a caloric deficit i can get into. im shooting for an aggressive approach.

maintence for me is 2800 to about 3000. currently eating at 2500 and losing weight at a gradual pace, and defintely leaning out.

can i go down to 2000? is any lower than 2000 too extreme i wonder? i know tren is great for nutrient efficiency, but i dont know how much that will really come into play.

hopefully someone can shed some light onto this or point in the direction of any useful articles. thanks

I'd probably add a few more drugs to my stack if I were you. You're only running one amphetamine.
 
IMHO people freak far too much out about losing muscle when cutting calories. Sure it can happen over long stretches of time but if you go hungry for a day or two your body IS NOT going to just start eating at it's own muscle, ESPECIALLY if you are taking test/tren, no way. I would do some calorie toggling if I were you. I'd go very low on calories one day (close to fasting), and probably right around maintanence the next day. This is big on Dat's forum and people have huge sucess with it.
 
Running clen and adderal together is NOT a good idea.
 
Eat slightly under maintenance and increase the cardio. Cycle your carbs. HIIT a few times a week.

ALL of these will help. More drugs is not the answer, dialing in the diet and cardio is.
