K...if you're relatively new just focus on getting your daily requirement split about evenly throughout your 5 or 6 meals.
After that...you may wany to go with .25 per lb before, immediately after, and again 30 minutes later...I would also advocate having whey protein with some blended berries before along with some flax oil. Try to avoid anything hard to digest pre-workout. The frst PWO...no fats if possible....the 2nd PWO I recommend a well balanced solid meal.
