Can anyone direct me to a website or give me some information on how many calories a day i should consume?
Im trying to build muscle, yet lose some extra fat off my midsection so i can see my abs. Im currently eating 6 times/small portions a day. Im doing cardio for 30 mins 6x a week weight training m w f on upper and tues/thurs on lower.
Currently im 6'1 170lbs and still dont see abs yet i can feel them under about 4 inches of flab.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
