Here's an example. One of the top guys in the business on this cover. If you were to guess, how much time did this guy spend lifting to get this shot for the cover?

I notice major vascularity and perfectly pumped chest muscles. Anyone here with experience doing a photo shoot care to share what a photo shoot consists of?
