How much weight do you put in power week?

That is a tremendous amount of information in one thread from very many people, you might be better off browsing peoples journals.

Please tell me your body weight as well as the total weight of barbell or dumbbells you put in your power week on each exercise according to http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html.

ie.

My body weight is xxx lbs. I put:
Shoulders
xxx lbs for Lateral Raise
xxx lbs for .......
Upper Arms
Forearms
Back
Chest
Thighs
Calves

Thanks
That's not going to help you determine what you can do. You just have to use trial and error. Two people with the exact same amount of lean body mass aren't going to lift the exact same amounts anyway.

If this is because you are new to lifting, just get used to the movements, and increase weights as long as you can keep good form and feel comfortable. Once you have gotten into the groove of things, you can get more aggressive with the poundages, within reason (safety).

I want to know how hard the people in this forum have been working out. Surely I am a newcomer to this forum.

Read their journals.

Someone might still be lifting hard bench pressing 100 pounds, someone else might be taking it easy lifting 315 pounds.

That why I also asked for their weighti,if possible ,the height too. Therefore anyone of the same size can make a comparison.

Yeah, seeing what other people do is an indicator of nothing. People who train for strength will seem smaller but lift bigger. People who train for appearances will appear large but lift smaller. You need to pick your own goals and let the folks here point you in the right direction.
